These terms and conditions are applicable to you and governing the use of our services.

• Our company provides you the highly technology-based services for booking the cabs and other services
• We provide customer support and information if you receive any kind of delay and inconvenience.
• Our services also include the benefits of refund in the event of cancellation under certain conditions.
• The company will make reasonable efforts to bring you in contact with the cab service provider.
• You must provide information to the company in accurate and complete format.
• You have not made use of cabs for an unlawful purpose or do not cause any kind of damage to the taxi’s infrastructure.
• Our cab facility will take full responsibility for your items and in the case of lost items inside the cab; we try to locate the items up to you in the most efficient manner.

Note:

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information such as traffic jams.

Procedure to book the cabs

• In the desire for a cab facility, you have to through our official site or book from the mobile application. Even you can call or mail us.
• On receiving the request for booking the cab, our company may book the services on the availability of the cabs.
• Our Company has full rights to cancel your booking if it is not available without any reason or termination notice.

Charges & Payments

You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services you receive. Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD will receive and/or enable your payment of the applicable Charges for services or goods obtained through your use of the Services. Charges will be inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Charges may include other applicable fees, tolls, and/or surcharges including a booking fee, municipal tolls, airport surcharges or processing fees for split payments. You can also check the information prior to booking. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD.

As between you and Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD, Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD reserves the right to establish, remove and/or revise Charges for any or all services or goods obtained through the use of the Services at any time in Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD ‘s sole discretion. Further, you acknowledge and agree that Charges applicable in certain geographical areas may increase substantially during times of high demand. Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD will use reasonable efforts to inform you of Charges that may apply, provided that you will be responsible for Charges incurred under your Account regardless of your awareness of such Charges or the amounts thereof. Trimurti Cars PVT.LTD may from time to time provide certain users with promotional offers and discounts that may result in different amounts charged for the same or similar services or goods obtained through the use of the Services, and you agree that such promotional offers and discounts, unless also made available to you, shall have no bearing on your use of the Services or the Charges applied to you. After you have received services or goods obtained through the Service, you will have the opportunity to rate your experience and leave additional feedback.
